Our Story

Born in a Home Kitchen,
Loved Across Generations

Acharalaya began in the kitchen of a 65-year-old grandmother from a Marwari family in Ajmer, Rajasthan, whose love for traditional achaar has been nurtured over decades.

For her, making achaar is more than a culinary art; it is a way of preserving traditions and sharing love. Her homemade achaar was always a favourite among family, friends, and neighbours, who would return asking for just one thing: “Thoda aur achaar milega?”

Encouraged by their love and constant requests, she decided to take her cherished family recipes beyond her own kitchen and into homes across India.

Today, Acharalaya brings you the same timeless flavours, handcrafted in small batches using traditional recipes and carefully chosen ingredients, with no added preservatives.

Every jar carries a piece of her heritage, the comfort of ghar ka achaar, and a belief that has stood the test of time:

“Pickle is the soul of every meal.”

Our Purpose

What We Stand For

Our Mission

To bring the authentic taste of home-style Indian pickles to every household — made the way our grandmother has made them for over four decades, with handpicked ingredients, zero shortcuts, and the same love she puts into every jar.

Our Vision

To become India's most trusted name in heritage pickle-making, where every jar carries forward a tradition instead of a factory process — making sure that as families grow apart from home kitchens, the taste of home never has to.

Our Values

1

Authenticity

Every recipe comes from real family kitchens, passed down and perfected over decades — not invented in a lab.

2

Purity

No chemicals, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Just handpicked fruits, vegetables and spices, prepared the traditional way.

3

Craftsmanship

Every jar is handmade in small batches, because pickle-making is a craft that can't be rushed or mass-produced without losing its soul.

4

Trust

From a 65-year-old grandmother's kitchen in Rajasthan to your dining table — we treat every jar as if it's going to our own family.

“Pickle is the soul of any meal.”
